Resizing the Contact Record Screen

If you have a lot of information in the bottom half of the Contact Record, such as Custom Fields or a large number of Notes or Histories, it is useful to be able to resize the screen to show more of the bottom half in one go.

Place your mouse pointer onto the bar that divides the upper and lower half of the layout. When positioned correctly the pointer displays as a Double- Headed Arrow and will
allow you to drag the line up and down in order to re-size (Fig 1).

One useful little Tip is – rather than dragging the bar “double-click” it for instant resizing.
