Annual Events – Never miss another renewal (or Anniversary)

Do you have agreements or contracts that need renewing on an annual basis. If so you can create an “Annual Event” field to store the renewal date (Figs 1 – 3).

“Annual Event” fields have their own unique “Lookup” function (Fig 4)

An Annual Event field is treated differently to an ordinary date field in as much as, as the name suggests, the date is relevant every year. To that end the Annual Event lookup feature searches the Day & Month only to show every occurrence of the event on a specific day and month each year This means you need only enter the data once and the function will go on working without the need for any re-entry (Fig 5).

Use it to give you a list of all renewals due in a specific date range or even just to prompt you who you need to send birthday cards to.
